Some years ago this halliburton scandal was top of the news, and what most of us read in the dailies newspapers, website online, two ex-president was involved in the scam and their names was displayed in the media. Jeffry Tesler the british who was involved in the scam has been jailed for 21 months, and he have agreed to forfeit more than $148m (£94m) from accounts in 12 Swiss banks and four from Israel. Even how the money was shared was disclosed. The Nigerians that are involved are major suppoters of the current political structure in Nigeria have still not been indicted, will they forever go free?
